"The resort is in well maintained grounds with large swimming pools next to the beach. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of good quality food at the breakfast buffet. The gym was reasonably well equipped."

"Older fit couple taking a 5 night stay prior to heading home from 2 months in Lovina. Wanted a property near the beach. Reception was a lovely set up but we were disappointed with the way rooms were on one side of a busy road and the beach on other side with most restaurants on the beach side. Moving between both sides was assisted by staff stopping traffic. Breakfast was served on the accommodation side and was a highlight with both food and staff of top service. Prior request for a quiet room required a post first night relocate due to the amount of evening traffic on road front of property. Costs in the resort were much higher and sourcing food outside, whilst many places, was not easy with food allergies not being understood. Massage options, whilst over catered on the strip along same road, were of a quality low and request high! On site services were very expensive, so opted to not use. The resort Shuttle service to airport was offered at a high cost, whilst the taxi service the resort called for us, was much more reasonable. If cost no option for you I’m sure none of my thoughts will be of concern."

"Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort."

"The cleaning staff and garden maintenance kept the property spotless. The resort needs to control people putting towels on chairs near pool and then taking off for the day. The breakfast was average for a large resort but perhaps because it was like feeding time at the zoo with people pushing in to get their food. I suggest walking 5 minutes up the road to quite a few lovely restaurants and markets or go to Bali collection as the hotel food is way overpriced. The grande double room was amazing and can not find a fault in that"

"As we were in Bali for a special birthday. The staff had decorated our room and a birthday cake on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful from reception desk, floor, bar and cleaning staff. The resort and pools were clean and fresh. Couldn’t start the day better than with their breakfast, coffee and orange juice. We would recommend this resort and will be back."
