"Our check in process with Christian made us feel special. He let us check in a couple of hours early which was much needed from a long flight. We let him know that our next flight out was late evening so allowed us a late check out as well. Lastly, he upgraded our room to the next level category which was unexpected at all. "We wanted to experience the city of dreams but if you are not into gambling don’t like the smell of smoke and have a young toddler, it’s not ideal, otherwise it’s a modern hotel with good service, but not on the level of Shangri-La if you compare them. It’s a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Lots of dining options but not much to do within walking distance once outside the hotel."

"Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. ...
