"Es war ein unglaublicher Aufenthalt im Rainforest Chalet. In den Bäumen vor uns spielten die Affen, manchmal kam uns einer besuchen. Was für ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sind bemüht es einem so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Fragen und Wünsche werden umgehend bearbeitet und umgesetzt. "Hilton Langkawi is a beautiful hotel set in stunning surroundings, with well-maintained grounds that make for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well presented.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Service throughout our stay was extremely slow, and the overall standard of customer care was disappointing. The staff appeared to need more training, as there was a lack of attentiveness and efficiency.

"Beautiful hotel, rooms, staff and location.
Breakfast options were good
Minor considerations -
- Terrace restaurant was nice but expensive
-7Pm pool closing time seemed early
- maybe more variety of evening entertainment -same duet but also conscious we stayed 6 nights which is longer than most guests
Be interesting to see the impact of the Marriott hotel being built nearby - this did create some noise disturbance."

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation.
FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!!
At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "
