"Spacious rooms, but aging facilities. Dripping faucet, broken handle on closet, and dated look. The grounds were bare and drab. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was nice."

"The ac was broken, and they wouldn’t let me change rooms. 95 degrees outside, with no ac all night. Cleanliness was horrible. Mud on the floor, stains on the sheets, horrible amount of dirt and dust around the ac unit, pee around the toilet, pretzels on the floor. I genuinely felt icky being in this room. I ended up sleeping in my car instead."

Alimentos muy limitados, no había mantequilla, no había huevos cocidos, se terminó el jugo de naranja. "Wow! One of the best hotels I have visit. Breakfast buffet and late snacks for my kids were a hit. Pool area was clean and the rooms were also clean. Staff were friendly and available. Good location for late dinners and casino. Definitely will be booking again when I visit AZ."

"Don't assume if you've had a great experience at another Graduate hotel that the one in Tempe will stack up. If I had to guess it was an old rundown motel that they tried to skin as a "graduate style" hotel—but the result was just a tired, old, fairly ugly hotel in a relatively undesirable spot in Tempe. Not saying there isn't a place for this type of hotel, but it certainly does not live up to the line of Graduate hotels I've experienced, including the neighboring one in Tucson, which is...

"The breakfast was good, but the waffle iron wasn't working properly. The red and green lights were not visible. "

"I did not use their airport transport service which was a big selling point for me as it was an Uber and they could not guarantee speedy service at 4am to the airport. Pillows are horrible and the bed would sqeak everytime I moved. Not the best nights sleep by bit the worse I've had."

"This hotel was a lifesaver after a missed connection caused an overnight layover, letting me check in early. The staff was wonderful. The accommodations were wonderful. I forgot why I love the Westin so I will purposely be booking Westin every chance I get."

"Property seemed to be nice upon arrival but I had bugs in my room on a daily and even found a bad stain on my covers. Was told that to compensate I could have a late check out which then turned into them saying I could not day of after I made plans to stay a bit longer….they went in and grabbed all my things out and I never received some of my jewelry and when I went back to get it out the room they told me I was trespassing and call the police. The worse place I have ever booked with Expedia...
