"Tout était parfait, chambre très grande et agréable. Petit déjeuner très diversifié et de qualité. Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. Le seul problème : toutes les bornes de recharge électrique étaient en panne !"

"The room was very comfortable and had all the expected amenities. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace for a glass of wine and snacks after a long day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location. The only thing that wasn’t great was the fitness area, which seems to be shared with a private gym. "Camera pulita, spaziosa e comoda, ma la pulizia non è automatica, , va richiesta e non ci sono i condizionatori ma il ventilatore. Aria condizionata solo nella hall. Buona la colazione ma non usano cornetti o dolci , solo pancake. Personale multilingue, bar ben fornito con personale molto efficiente e cordiale. Buona la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla gare di nord o 1,5 km dal centro raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi."

"The carpets need to go. Old and not very clean. I have allergies and needless to say the entire stay my throat was flared. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was descent. We unfortunately had a room on the first floor which was loud. A/c was barely functional. It worked but the room was never comfortable during the heat wave. The hotel is dated, needs a bit of a lift. "La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da Grand Place e dalla stazione centrale. La zona è tranquilla ma vivace. La piccola piazza su cui si affaccia è infatti piena di locali e di vita, ma l'hotel è silenzioso. La colazione è varia e di qualità (un plus: è possibile farsi i waffle al momento!). La camera è piccola ma confortevole così come il bagno. Gentilissima la ragazza italiana alla reception che ci ha dato utili consigli."
