There were rings (of built-up grime) around fixtures and when I showed in the evening realized the smell was a result of the bathroom flooding when showering (essentially the floor/bathroom constantly flooded and not cleaned properly). "Really lovely hotel in a great location close to Kings Road and with access to transport links to the city centre. The room was fantastic with a really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The balcony with marina view was an added bonus. Lovely breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely look to stay again."

"So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away....
