"Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. "We had a great time celebrating a special occasion here. The pool area was clean and attractive, the breakfast was hot and had a great assortment, the staff was friendly. All in all a great find!"

"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. "Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)"

"Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated my request to switch rooms to a quieter location, but did not inform us that the room would be downgraded. I paid for a king suite and did not get it, so that was disappointing. Overall good experience. The bathroom could use some attention, there was stuff splattered on the walls, fingernail clippings behind the door and no hot water."

"There were two TV’s neither worked, power went out several times during my stay!! Arrived on Saturday evening wasn’t able to get into another room until late afternoon the next day Sunday. Excuse was no maintenance on sight!! Hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved into a more suitable room until Sunday. checked out Monday morning. So not a good experience"

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"Easy location to travel on/off expressway. Clean. Friendly staff. Great selection of snacks and gym equipment. Love the bottle filler and coffee/tea station 24 hours. "
