"Room clean staff good breakfast not to good never used spa but did do bowling so it was good to do something on the night time we stay 2 3 time a year and it’s still got our vote"

"Well located hotel. Robert on reception was very helpful & knowledgeable. However, there were a number of things that annoyed me. No shower cap, no face washer, no rubbish bags in the bins. Different person's name on the welcome on the tv which couldn’t be changed. The bedding was uncomfortable, didn’t seem to fit very well. In the bar I tried to put my meal on my room but couldn’t because I hadn’t been asked for a credit card when I checked in. Was able to pay by cash even though on Expedia it said the hotel was cashless! "

"The hotel is ok but the staff is really terrible,when we came into the place me and wife said hello to them and they don’t even respond,plus one of the lady don’t even want to check us in ,a different lady came to give us the key,and just told us to go stairs."

"The check in process could be clearer I'm not sure if this was an issue with hotels.com who I booked through or the venue but I didn't receive any check in instructions and when I got to the location the restaurant was closed and I was sat outside nearly an hour making phone calls trying to get in. That said the room was lovely for what I paid and once I was in the staff that I saw were really friendly and acommodating. The location is perfect for where my office is when I need to be in Durham so I would definitely stay again."
