"An incredible stay at the SANA Sesimbra. My room faced the beach, complete with a balcony. The room itself has a gorgeous midcentury modern hardwood bed with nightstand built-ins, and there is a matching built-in wardrobe, giving the space an elevated, timeless vibe. What really blew me away was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I believed I had lost my wallet in town after I left Sesimbra, the employees walked to the cafe I had been at to see if anyone had turned one in. Truly...

"What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities."

"Rude staff. We stopped in the bar after a long day of travel and ordered 2 drinks to take to our room. We had purchased pastries to take to our room. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks in an empty bar. We started tasting the pastries and the bartender came over and refused to serve us because he said we were “not allowed to eat in the bar”.. we had 2 croissants. Still in the box. We opened the box and took a tiny piece. Rude rude rude. We were paying 2000$ for 3 days and this was day...

"Great stay, lovely hotel & staff incredible. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending in the location but was quite a way from the centre of Lisbon but Ubers were really reliable & affordable so this didn’t bother us. We did see local transport too ( train & bus) but didn’t use them. Hotel rooms were spacious & clean & we were fortunate enough to have a nice balcony. Service great & rooms were cleaned daily - with staff excellent. The reception was nice as was the bar area where...
