"The property was big and beautiful. There are plently of places to eat on the property. Our room was overlooking the pool. However, they did not tell us that they had night weddings on 4 of the 5 nights that we were there. The weddings were directly above us on the rooftop. The music was loud and it lasted until at least 12 am, which made it impossible to sleep. The inside of the bathroom smelled like sewer and mold. There was mold at the bottom of the shower and the toilet paper was had...

"Our stay started off lovely, but unfortunately the lack of hospitality let the hotel down. On our second day, the pool wasn’t ready, so we were happy to wait an hour. I politely asked if the hotel could offer two iced coffees as a small goodwill gesture. Instead, the manager made an issue of it and involved two other senior managers, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable and humiliated over something worth around £2. It was never about the money, but about basic customer care. Our room key...

"Spacious and clean rooms and the Nile view is great. The food service is a bit slow. On the day we left there was a pipe burst on a higher floor, it caused a massive flood! A huge amount of water flooded both stairwells and the elevators were shut down. We had to leave for our flight, only one person came up to help after long wait and we took the rest of the stuff ourselves as we had no other options as the worker took forever to come up to take the bags but we understand this wasn’t easy and...

"We had to stay a night here as our original hotel wouldn't allow an early check in so we found this last minute. For the price you get what you pay for. AC didn't work so we had to keep balcony door open at night. It was walkable to shops and restaurants open late at night so that was good. Area seemed like heavily local and not touristy. The breakfast in the morning was good given the price."
