"This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. The listing was misleading and did not match what was advertised. What I expected to be a hotel turned out to be a shared residence, and the overall experience felt nothing like what was represented on Expedia.
The owner was rude, hostile, and intimidating. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, I felt threatened by the way I was spoken to. Customer service was nonexistent, and there was no attempt to resolve the issues or make things...
