"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"Very warm welcoming, room was clean throughout, very good size with everything you need. The arm chairs by the window, sleepers and dressing gowns is a wonderful thought from the team towards the guests, not many hosts think about these fine details that makes a huge difference to the guests, specially after a long drive. Breakfast was delightful, a good choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt. Presentation was 5stars. Nothing appears to be too much for staff. On our way out, staff went a bit further...

"A perfect room for visiting Bath. The room was very large well decorated and very comfortable. The host Richard was a Joy very attentive to any of our needs and full of interesting stories. Breakfast in the dining room was something special complete with a spectacular dumb waiter. We will certainly be back!"

"The rooms are well appointed. Clean and fully updated. The beddings are lovely and the bathrooms are massive with baths and luxuries. The breakfast was good too and well thought out. "We arrived after a long uphill walk from center of Bath. 4:30pm, no one home! If your phone is out of juice, you are out of luck to enter with the code they have sent you. Fortunately we were saved by exiting guests. Room 12 quite small, some road noise, mostly obscured by summer time need for fan."

I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens! "This hotel is quite easy walking distance into the main "old" part of town ... Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon, multiple churches, tons of restaurants. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens. There is an additional upcharge for the breakfast; but it was heaty and delicious with...
