Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff and service. I will stay here again for certain. The room (and hotel) was comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

ibis budget Birmingham Centre
Rooms were very clean and better than I expected. The only downside for us was no tea or coffee in our room and that was disappointing but overall great place and stay and would stay again but a room with tea and coffee ☺️

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Basic room which was spotless, lovely bedlinen. Large bathroom, big shower. Breakfast was plentiful good choices. We ate in the Burgendy bar, food was fresh and hot,and again plenty of choice. It would have been nice to see a salad offered.
