"The log cabin was perfect except for 3 things. Being November the heating could have been switched on before our arrival to take the chill off the room. And instructions for how to set it up would have been nice so we didnt have to google the manufactures website to set it up for our stay. Also clear instructions on the way to get the best from the shower would be helpful. The room was clean and adequate for what we required. The staff were friendly and extremely courteous and bent over...

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Warm friendly and very welcoming. One of us needed GF food and nothing was too much trouble. They made the stay very positive. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were equally lovely. We would definitely stay again when we’re in Burton. Thanks so much. "

"The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly, helpful and they made it seem like we weren't in a budget motorway hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right which is rare. Plus it was half the price of other budget chains. Obviously no onsite new but made to look old pub for breakfast like other hotels but that was ok as there was one at the next motorway junction if you were that keen!"

"Room clean , too hot even turned down thermostat down . Staff very helpful. Don’t understand why you don’t have semi skimmed milk in rooms . Must say outside noise was very intrusive & affected ability to sleep, as window appears not to shut properly. Needs looking into to 203 "
