"A very nice place. A little hard to find the entrance because it sits behind other properties. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good. Free coffee, tea, cocoa. Gift shop had the things you might need and more. I would recommend staying again."

"The place felt very dated and worn. For me, when choosing a place to stay, cleanliness trumps everything else. While we didn't experience getting bed bugs or anything, it felt like we could have. It just felt scuzzy. Very few amenities. The outdoor pool which was supposed to be open, was not. This was June 11th and 12th; it should have been open and was advertised as it was. We booked a room for 5 people, there were only enough towels and washcloths for 3. I mean, how hard is it to properly prepare for the correct number of guests? The lady at the front desk gave us additional towels and washcloths, but we shouldn't have had to go get them ourselves. We had stayed here several years ago and don't recall any issues back then, so the decline must be recent. It is certainly a place to rest your head and get a shower, but we won't choose to stay here again."

"I found myself in a Vrbo rental that I had to flee, and Donna helped me to secure a room at this hotel for the remainder of my stay in Lancaster. She was so empathetic and helpful! All of the employees I interacted with were fantastic. Parking lot is extremely well lit if you’re leaving or arriving after dark. There are quite a few luggage carts, so it’s easy to unload or load without having to wait. The location is very convenient with many attractions and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. I recommend driving about 3 minutes to the Route 30 Diner just east of route 896; it’s a true vintage diner with delicious options made from scratch. If you love to support local businesses, there’s a large store called Artisan Mill right behind the hotel. It’s full of locally-made jewelry, jams, home decor, and so much more. (Not tacky souvenirs—trust me and check it out! There are probably 100 vendors.) Kudos again to Donna for helping me to find a safe place to stay!"

"The quiet was great love it i remember staying in another in atlantic city always noisy And the location is perfect too for some one who comes like we did to for sign and sound the christian theater is perfect 5 minutes from the place"
