"Handy for Oxford Circus area, short walk behind BBC Centre at the top of Regent St. Simple and helpful check-in at 7:30pm when I arrive. Double room on top floor (5th), clean, modern, comfortable and tasteful room with ensuite. I had inclusive continental breakfast which is in the basement dining room area...plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again if the price is right."

"We had to wait until 4:30 to check in, even though check-in was at 3:00. We got there at 10:00 am. The room could have used a better cleaning. The location is GREAT, in walking distance to many sightseeing attractions and good restaurants. "

"The lobby is very nice and the staff very nice and helpful. We sat down for a late lunch and the service was not good had to get up twice to ask for help. The room was clean and cleaning staff was helpful. The room is very small, has a tiny closet and no drawers to place any items so for us who stayed for nine days, we were jumping over our luggage, which was inconvenient. The bathroom does not have an electric plug so you have to dry your hair in the bedroom, there is only one towel holder, the tub is very high so for older people could be dangerous to get in and out of and there is very little space to put your toiletries."
