"We had an outstanding stay at holnes hotel from check in to check out.
We would like to give a special thank you to Eddie, he went above and beyond for us, even when he should have been finishing for the evening he stayed later to bring our bags to our unexpected upgraded room himself.
Room was large and clean, ESPA products in bathroom smelled lovely. Wifi was good. Evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.
The only negative point was that there was no aircon as it was not...

"The hotel was beautiful with an amazing view. The restaurant and bar are fantastic and the food was really delicious.
Sadly our room was really hot because it was in the hot sun and the blind and AC were broken. The room stayed hot all evening so summer time this could be tricky.
We were also on the 14th floor so at 6;45 there was a lot of furniture dragging in the restaurant on 15 and woke us up. I would ask next time to stay on a lower floor for comfort."
