"Overall, my stay was average. The hotel is in a quiet location and conveniently close to everything, which was a big plus. However, the bed sheets had some noticeable stains, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean. The air conditioning was also set to turn on and off throughout the night, causing the room to become warm and uncomfortable while sleeping. The front desk staff were not very friendly and came across as having an unfriendly attitude, which affected the overall...

"If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. The view of the mountains while sipping our morning coffee or tea is one of the best ways to start your day. Plenty of additional parking off the main driveway...

"The hotel was immaculate and smelled very good. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Sam on the overnight! Every hotel should have an employee like her! Shannon on days was super helpful and friendly as well! The pool was very clean as well as every part of this hotel. The Housekeeping staff do an excellent job!"

The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. "We absolutely loved the property. We had a fantastic time there and the best part was us being able to stay with our fur-kid, Buster Lee. The free entertainment was awesome! We had nightly visitation from the village black bear! It was fantastic. Close proximity to everything!"

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."

"Staff were amazing but the up keep of the property was poorly kept. Room door would lock you out. Bath tub would fill and take long to empty. Bathroom sink leaked. Dividing door was broke, long with mold around the windows."

"It was a clean room on the river, which was amazing. The pool was closed, and did not look like it will be open any time soon. There was coffee in the room, fridge and microwave. The door was not super secure as it was very old. Bed was comfortable. Towels were clean, but old. Overall it was okay, I would stay again. Just be aware that it is not a modern, up to date facility. Location on river is fantastic with a deck overlooking river."
