"Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. "

"Staying here was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Anfield. I came for the football, but this place made the entire experience so much more special.

"The bathroom look great until you turned on the light. Shower tiles had signs of rust or mold in the grout. Flooring was peeling up from the floor at sink and toilet, and was stained. Walls had caked dirt, debris. White based boards had missing paint, and visible dirt. Fan did not work, and was covered in dirt. "

"The bathing area not enough to turn our body also its just like small box. Can’t adjust the shower head also. Rooms are not bigger as presented on these photos.
I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "

"Breakfast was excellent.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but needs some updating. Thete was plenty of space for more drawers for clothes, a table/ rack for a suitcase , and a small table between the chairs would have been useful.
The pool and spa area was excellent.
The gardens are lovely.
The restaurant was heavily influenced by spice - too much for older taste buds, but the chef was accommodating! "

"This is our second visit to this hotel and we will return next time we are in Chester. The location with the Park & Ride next door is very handy for visiting the city. The large on site parking is ideal. Food purchased was very good. The pool of course is a bonus. All members of staff we met from the receptionists to the room attendants were friendly and professional. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room."

"Breakfast was terrible value. it was offered as a continental breakfast but what actually came were offerings that did not include and cheese or ham or even a boiled egg. My husband discussed it the manager. There is a new menu on its way.Staff were all very friendly.There just seemed to be fewer around than on previous stays over the years.in general the hotel is in a great location.
