"The hotel was beautifully presented and in an excellent central position for all the sights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and we made good use of the bar area. We didn’t eat at the restaurant although the menu looked good. The room was of a good size and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good range of toiletries. All in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend."

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"

The accommodations were fine...we were two adult couples so be aware that one room was a loft overlooking the kitchen and sitting area. It does have two baths...one is downstairs and one is up. "Room condition was good. It was the best thing I can say. Spacious and nice for family. Right next door to lellu bookstore. Next hotel was near the river and it felt very central. It was raining like mad in Portugal so it was really hard when we arrived and had to carry two very large luggages up the stairs till 3rd floor. Citi tax should be paid in cash due to late check out didn’t have the directions in the room, and when tried to pay the hotel didn’t have change. Asked me to go get my...
