"Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. The staff at check-in, for breakfast and room service were great. Our only bad experience was one evening at the rooftop bar where we had difficulty getting...

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. "The hotel is difficult to reach from a main road and one must walk up a very steep incline to reach the hotel which is poorly marked. No reception with difficulty in obtaining the entry codes. Then we were place at the very top room which had a very tight winding stairs without a handrail and was extremely difficult to lug a suitcase up.
