Public transportation (metro) made it easy to get to from the airport. It can be loud at night but that is not the fault of the apartment. Would stay again."

"We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. Breakfast was ok if you just want to grab something fast and start your day quickly. If you want to have a good, proper breakfast there are many good options close by. "Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend. "
