"At the time of travel the pool was closed with no warning. We booked this hotel for the pool primarily so our kids could do an activity in February."

"Close to the convention center which is why we chose it, friendly staff, funky lobby/bar/reception area. "

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast closed at 9:30 which was disappointing and wasn’t clearly advertised. Parking and unloading luggage was inconvenient to location. There were no carts available upon arrival and you had to go up to the 5th floor of hotel to get a cart and come back down to the sidewalk. There was only 1 elevator available so that took quite some time. There was no usb plug in the room to charge devices."

"Pros: The area was lovely, many things in walking distance and felt safe especially at night. The host helped us quickly resolve issues. The room had great furniture and we had a private balcony that looked over the pool. Private washer and dryer in your room. Cups, plates, utensils, fridge and oven were provided. Cons: For the price, the room had patchy repairs on the wall, splotchy paint and missing or moldy caulk in the bathroom. The toilet had two settings and you would have to press both to unstick the button for less water. The tub was dirty and stained. The towels we received had stains on it. You hear the upstairs neighbors moving all day and night. The fan in the bathroom was stained and had low air flow. Definitely expected better for how much we paid overall. If you don’t close the door properly it would ring an alarm that lets the floor know whose room is easy access. The door was also loose so we would have to pull the door in order for the latch to properly close. Also parking is not included in the overall price you have to pay separately for that. You could clearly tell they gave the place the landlord special."

"Very clean and conveniently located near several coffee shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the gym and sitting outside in the courtyard. All around, a great spot in Uptown, we loved our stay."

"The room was very spacious and it was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar area had plenty of comfortable seating for our group to hang out in. Check-in was easy. The breakfast was very nice with a ton of variety. I would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion would be to bring a night light for the bathroom because the bathroom door has frosted glass so anytime someone got up to use it at night, the bathroom light flooded the hotel room and woke everyone else up."
