"This hotel was very clean, a the staff were very professional. This is in the business district, so the surrounding area was very clean and safe. The onsite onsen was amazing. The complimentary ramen at night was a nice bonus. The breakfast you can purchase was very delicious. Just a few stops away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori but way cleaner and quieter. Walking to Osaka Castle was a nice stroll."

Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from.
