"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

The complimentary ramen at night was a nice bonus. The breakfast you can purchase was very delicious. Just a few stops away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori but way cleaner and quieter. Walking to Osaka Castle was a nice stroll."
