Great option for an overnight stay at HND airport. The hotel is directly connected to T3 with additional shuttle access to T1&2 if required. Also easy to arrive via the Keikyu Line from outside the area. Nice and new throughout. Typical room size for Japan but functional and efficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants throughout the concourse (Haneda Garden) albeit on the pricier side due to the captive market.

The hotel was well maintained, however the room was a little tight, otherwise the room was nicely appointed. I like the lobby seating area, a welcome place to sit. Complimentary water in the lobby was nice and practical. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. It should be more professionally run. There was no fruit offered; no fruit juices; coffee is just a straight coffee instead of other options such as latte; the quality of the breakfast buffet does not match the general standard of the otherwise good hotel. I would give the buffet a 2 star.

We stayed in one of the newer rooms for our honeymoon. The room and hotel was super clean and cozy. The shower/bathtub was INCREDIBLE. They had a lovely breakfast buffet system with a nice variety to choose from. Lovely hotel with a wonderful staff! Thank you!

Perfectly located across from a 7-Eleven and close to Kitahama and Yodoyabashi Stations which will get you to most places in Osaka as well as day trip locations like Nara and Kobe. The property also has multiple lifts despite the Expedia page saying otherwise!
