"It was warm hot but property hadn’t switched over to AC so was given a standing fan. Incomplete set up in kitchen. Had to ask for bowl and spoon, which staff was able to find. Charming property. Next time, will try to get a room that faces street. Great, helpful, knowledgeable front desk staff. "

"Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath."

"My feedback is constructive criticism because I want the place to stay open! We love the inn! The older lady at front desk really struggled with basic communication. We were asked THREE times if we were part of a group checking in. We weren't. She scowled at me when I asked when wine and cheese was served and said "oh, you want wine???
