"We love staying at this property because it is close enough to the busy Newport area but also a little out of the way of traffic. The accommodations are very quaint and give a timeless, classic feel. They offer a nice breakfast grab and go spread and the rooms are very large and comfortably. The syaff has been extremely helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful views of the harbor from the property. "

"It was close to all the things we wanted to do. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms seemed renovated and clean. My only issue was the fitted sheet seemed too small for the mattress and kept slipping off in the corners. Overall we had a restful and pleasant experience. "

"Beautiful spot, great for what you're paying for! The staff are incredibly kind and quick to help. Checking in and out was a super smooth and easy process. The beds were quite comfortable, and we found everything to our liking. Our room had a slightly musty smell, so we opened the door to air it out a bit. Otherwise it was 100% lovely all around. Many thanks to the staff for such an enjoyable stay!!!"

"This was a great location and made our trip to visit Newport complete. Our hotel slept eight people! The hotel was clean, the towels the pool and the space was great for our group. The pool was clean too! The breakfast was good and we all left full! "

"This is a very unique place for those who appreciate history and nostalgia. Beautiful, quiet and close to the beach. In the absence of some modern amenities such as an ice machine and microwave there are instead paintings, a piano, rocking chairs, old world charm, very high ceilings, a very comfortable shower, gorgeous antique furniture, privacy, lack of institutionalized average hotel feeling, easy check in and extremely low pricing considering the proximity to beaches.
