"Good clean hotel. Bar and lobby are nice and nice staff. Room was a bit older and wooden furniture could be refinished showing some wear. But clean and bed was comfy. Is also near bus stop and train station. If coming from the airport few bus options at night. But lovely overall. Breakfast was solid"

"Room was very worn and felt dirty just because the carpet and wallpaper were so worn and scuffed. Bathroom was clean but didn’t receive any hand towels or face clothes. Only 2 towels. For the price of this hotel I was expecting more. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Really good spot to stay in the Swords area. The room was very well appointed and more roomy than some hotels we experienced in Ireland. Really nice bathroom and comfy beds. Very clean and the staff were very helpful — the manager even showed us to our room. No real lobby area in the hotel (check in is at the end of the bar downstairs) and minimal parking onsite, but we didn’t care about that. Area around the hotel is walkable and full of great shops and restaurants. There is even a castle just...

"Checkin was a disaster. Tried to check in online, said it failed. Turned up at reception and they didn’t have a record of the reservation. Passed between a few people and then the manager determined the online checkin was actually successful so it cancels the reservation apparently??? 30 mins wasted messing around with trying to look up confirmation numbers and booking references. That all said, the room was great and the shuttle to/from DUB was perfect. "

"It was a lovely place, and we loved the staff and their help and insights when we needed touring suggestions or had a computer issue. There was a stake smoke smell throughout the room and lingered. Breakfast was great. The grounds were beautiful. The room was nice, but could use some updating. Loved our stay."

"Great place to stay near airport! You can bus into town. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside and restaurant is great. Rooms clean and it's so convenient. I don't love Dublin as it's too noisy so this is a great place to stay when I arrive to explore other parts, or have a super early flight! Allison, who works at breakfast is fabulous!!! All the staff are SO nice! "
