"Breakfast: Continental breakfast with eggs made to order. You have the greens, the tomatoes, olives, cheese, cream cheese and butter. There are 2 soups to choose from. A variety of jams and bread. Restaurant and Bar: Limited options. A lot on the menu but seems to be out of things I like. Laundry: Used the washing machine in the room. Dried clothes by hanging them in and around the room. Room: Don't compare to a 5 Star hotel. It is clean as it can be. Spacious and cute. Separate bathroom in bedroom and powder room in living space. Refrigerator is huge with freezer on the bottom for meat and fish. Working sink in the kitchen but no cooking pans or utensils or dishes provided. Has microwave and oven available for use. Bedroom has a sliding door separating it from the living space. Our view is the Mall of Istanbul. Windows have sheer and blackout curtains that are not broken and slides easily. Staff: Very helpful and always greeting you with smiles. Location: The downside is there's no safe walking path. You have to cross busy highways to get to the mall. The safest and not cheap way to get there is by taxi. With enough perseverance, you can walk to a nearby shopping area without going to MOI. Try 212 factory, it's a smaller shopping center with plenty of unappreciated stores and restaurants. Recommendation: Give this hotel a try! They do the best they can. There is room for improvements like availabilities of menu items. All in all, great stay!"

"The Hotel in General is very good, especially the staff. However, I found the SPA especially the Sauna and Steam rooms need to be upgraded, maintained better. "

"Our experience was very bad. There were no daily room cleans, barely had the items needed to make coffee, no towel changes , the safe boxes were not working, the breakfast was mediocre and the staff was very indifferent to all of our complaints. Never again!"

"One of the reasons we picked this hotel is because of their “airport shuttle” service, “with surcharge” they said. That means that there are yellow taxis outside the hotel and you have to negotiate prices. Upon arrival, all of the staff was unfriendly. The room was ok - nothing special, definitely not as nice as the pictures. The bathroom was not great at all. The shower was so cramped, the doors would not close, and so the bathroom got flooded. Even the shower handle came off, and the water temperature spontaneously fluctuated between scorching hot and cold all by itself. Best part of the stay: nice clean sheets, the pool, and the buffet breakfast (for which you have to pay extra). By the way, if you need to change money, do it before you get to that hotel, because there is no possibility of doing it there, unless you take a taxi to a money exchange. Finally, the hotel is in tbe boondocks. Nothing picturesque nearby. No place to go without a taxi. Not a pretty part of Istanbul. A taxi to the hotel from the international airport costs between $60 - $100 "
