"Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund"

"Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!"

"I will not be returning to this property. I specifically booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a sofa because our group consisted of six people and we needed the additional sleeping space. When we arrived, we discovered the room did not have a sofa at all—only two beds. Had I known this was the actual room configuration, I would never have booked or paid for that room. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us was a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected...

"Sheets had stains. Bed was rather hard. No extra roll of TP and the one provided only had 1/4 of TP left on it. AC worked well."

"One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but...
