"They do not do housekeeping and found some insects in the room. Nothing major, but I would have appreciated it if they had done housekeeping. In the middle of nowhere, with no good coffee shops nearby."

We did ask for early check in but got in around 2:00, which is 2 hours early. 4:00pm check in time is later than most places we stay in. We didn't use the pool. Very nicely located around restaurants, shopping and Frontwave arena. Approx 5 miles down the road from the beach"

"Plus: Front-desk staff was very helpful for a phone call prior to arrival, check in, etc. Breakfast amenities, waffles, coffee and area were nice. Our room was clean (most important) & quiet; wasn't picking up outside noise even facing Highway 78 and with a pool just below our window with activity past 10 pm. Minus: Only minor things. Dark-out shades would be helpful. Room A/C did not seem to cool the room very well. Parking was a bit scarce but manageable. We would recommend and stay here...

"The tv didn’t work, had to get help from front desk to put it on the right channel and the cable box wasn’t plugged in, we had to stretch a cable across the room having the cable box dangle to plug it in, then the tv would glitch and not move extremely pixelated. (Direct Tv) So we couldn’t use the tv. The hot tub had foot marks when we came in and there was no soap for the hot tub.
