"EVERYTHING WAS GREAT"

"Nice location but not well maintained. The door handle for one door was coming off, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the towel bar wasn’t attached properly so it kept falling down, the AC was spotty making it warm it one room of the suite and cold in another. Nothing major but things that make you wonder why you’re paying the price you are."

When I booked this room I read nothing but great reviews, little did I know that if you continue to scroll down you realize that the bad reviews are in the bottom which is why I gave this hotel a 5 star. "Most of the experience was okay. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Not sure if it was clear that breakfast wasn’t available or not, but was bummed there wasn’t anything in the morning. Didn’t need any assistance from the staff for our single night stay. Still, the building itself revealed problems. We could hear all forms of noise from outside, along with clear, ecstatic voices of other tenants right next to us. It was as if we left the doors and windows cracked open, which I think...

"Staying here was awesome. I don't know if there was a pool, but there was an ocean, and it wasn't that far away. Everything was neat and clean. The dining area was a bit small, but if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel, there are great shops to walk and get local food. Great place to stay. Our A/C unit was a bit loud, but it worked!"

"Maintenance was awful . Bathroom sink had facet wrapped in duck tape and was spraying water all over the bathroom. You couldn’t wash your hands without getting showered . I have never stayed at the hotel where the room was in such a rough shape. Definitely not worth a money we paid for this room ."

"Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend."
