"Breakfast is good. AC is noisy. Room is clean but there is no exhaust in the toilet. As a result the toilet stinks after you pooped. Pillows are too soft."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Motel 6 Carlsbad North. The rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff is very thorough when cleaning the rooms. Although this property allows pets, the rooms were so clean you would not have known a pet was ever there. The property is safe, quiet, and well-kept. I would definitely suggest this property to family and friends visiting the Carlsbad area."

Upon arrival, I was told someone had been accidentally checked into my room. I was initially asked by front desk associate Gerald, to wait in lobby 15-20 min while he asked the other customers to move out of room. "Was an an old resort/ condo complex ( upgraded). very clean and a convenient Mexican restaurant adjacent. attendance were friendly and helpful, staff was knowledgeable and very helpful as well. walking distance to the beach it was a nice balcony for breeze. We could hear the room to the walls in the evening, but they were quiet too.. Excellent location front desk a little hard to find."
