"Linens on the trundle bed were SOILED! We also had ants in the room, and the plumbing had some issues. Also, coffee and tea area only available in the lobby from 7:30am - 4pm. We had the read online that each room came with a coffee machine/Keurig. Since we wake up early, we had to wait a while for a morning coffee. It was inconvenient. "It was disgustingly dirty! The shower curtain had a big brown stain, the floor was dirty, the toilet paper holder was completely rusted, no fitted sheet, a flat sheet on the bottom of a stained mattress pad. It was gross and icky. The site says you can check in until 12 midnight but I received a call from the property the day of my arrival and they insisted I check in earlier. If I had time to figure out how to get my money back - I would. It was GROSS!!!"

"Clean room, clean bathroom, room is spacious and room layout is nice. Quiet area so no noise from traffic. Only noise I heard was from person above me walking around on the 3rd floor. The property is close to places to eat where you could walk in about 7 minutes. I’d say overall I liked my stay. The only real negative I’d say was that they charge you $7 for parking. "Nice, comfy clean hotel. Good location near various restaurants. Staff doesn’t have the best customer service when comparing to other hotels our family has stayed at. Not very friendly and they don’t greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time"
