The location is a major highlight—about a 5-minute walk to the train and an easy 15-minute walk to both SoHo and the West Village, which made getting around really convenient. "This hotel is in the best area, they have water bottles downstairs for guests and coffee (no coffee machine in room) We reqlly enjoyed the bar downstairs and the rooftop. Cons: the rooms are absolutely TINY!! lf you are sharing with another person you will feel them getting up out of bed. The bathroom door doesnt close tightly so be comfortable enough to use the toilet really close to your partner. "

"The staff is very welcoming and professional. The room very clean. I was disappointed with the bathroom products as they used to be Malin+Goetz and now are substandard. The codes to the elevator and room are way too long and different so challenging to remember. For the price point, I may look at other options when in the city next time."

"Nice modern hotel with clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Black-out curtains were very effective and could sleep any time of day if needed. Very quiet neighborhood at night and bed was comfortable. Right across from a beautiful park. In China town and 2 blocks to Little Italy. 5 to 10 min walk to subway. Moderate walk to financial district or Brooklyn Bridge. Staff gave a great dim sum recommendation. Great location, very nice place, would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is nice. The room was big, views incredible, lovely amenities, great location. However it’s the staff that makes it. Every single person is so outgoing, so helpful, so pleasant, really makes the stay special. My son who was with me really liked the doormen. They’d always talk to us about our day out when we got back to the hotel, and my son looked forward to telling them all about what we did. It’s unusual to find a team so consistently good."

"High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work."
