"We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful.
I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again. "

"Absolutely loved our stay! Was quiet, felt safe and a 10 mins walk to the beach and very close to the grocery store. A lot of restaurants are walking distance! overall great choice if your are looking for something thats different from resort style/all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back! "

"O hotel é simples, porém muito agradável e proporcional ao valor cobrado.
Muito silencioso, principalmente a noite.
Bem localizado, de carro é cerca de 10 a 15 minutos para os principais pontos da zona central e norte, para o sul leva uns 35 minutos.
Estava tudo limpo, ar condicionado funcionando bem, eles deixam shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. A água do chuveiro é temperatura ambiente, depois de um dia de praia é boa de tomar ...a noite pra dormir q é um pouco gelada pra quem só está...
