"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"The hotel is located literally on Chelsea Football Club property so security is excellent regardless if you are returning late in the evening. My double room was spacious, bathroom was great except that it had the usual climb-in bathtub/shower combination that a short person like myself finds a bit intimidating.
