"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"

"Très bel endroit, hôtel ayant une histoire narrée dans le petit musée lui étant consacré. Petit déjeuner excellent, avec des produits frais. Assiette bien présentée. Personnel disponible et souriant : seul bémol, ne parle pas beaucoup l'anglais, la communication est parfois difficile mais il fait le maximum pour répondre à nos attentes et nous renseigner. Bien situé (près de la gare pour aller à toutes les attractions des environs."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely attentive. They represent the hotel very well. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private onsen and the view of the mountains and the river below was wonderful, very peaceful. "This Ryokan was outstanding. It was peaceful and stylish while also feeling authentic and very Japanese. We loved the private hot spring bath on our balcony and really enjoyed dressing in kimonos for dinner. I highly recommend this Ryokan "

"La chambre avec bain privé est très belle, le bain public qui propose de l’eau volcanique est propre et joli également Pour les repas : ils sont excellent, attention très copieux si vous avez la demi pension plusieurs jours de suite, nous vous conseillons une portion pour deux car au bout déjà du deuxième soir c’est très riche ! "We had a lovely stay at Musashino Bekkan. The place felt very welcoming and the staffs are all friendly. Our experience at this ryokan is complete opposite to all the negative reviews this place gets. The place itself is slightly outdated, but that is part of the charm of this place - as if you are transported back in time. The onsens were lovely and we had a private one in ours.
