"Front staff was great! The rooms were slightly dirty and outdated but for the price it was manageable. The hotel is also right in front of a metro track and construction so very noisy! Also we called the front desk twice to have housekeeping bring toilet paper since we were only left with a half used roll and they never did."

"I could not use the "free" wifi. You had to join the Marriot Bonvoy program to receive it. I tried signing up multiple times and it would cut me off. I called the front desk about the issue. They showed no interest in helping saying "we have wifi and there have been no other complaints." There is also hardly any storage space in the room. No draws to store clothing in. Instead a useless long bench in the room."
