"Not happy about paying for parking "

"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver was great. Highly recommended! "

"I was in the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anyone above or below me, or even next to me! The staff were so nice, the breakfast had a lot of choices, room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again!"

"My booking was mishandled by the Expedia and actually had been cancelled by the time I arrived to the hotel. However the front desk staff was so polite, made no hassle about it, and very swiftly retrieved my booking and gave me the original room. They transformed a nerve wracking travel moment into a very pleasant experience!"

"I accidentally purchased 2 nights and repeatedly asked for a refund for the 2nd night with no response. The elevators were down almost the whole time we were there so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and I still had to pay for 2 nights even though I only stayed for 1 stay. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. "

"The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. "
