"Wunderschöner Garten mit Blick auf die Landebahn (Flughafen stört nicht, es landen nur wenige Flieger), super Frühstück mit selbst gemachtem Joghurt, Eier von eigenen Hühnern und sehr nettem Personal. Man könnte zu Fuß von Flughafen zu Unterkunft laufen, also sehr praktisch gelegen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. "

"Very charming but a few things to mention. We did have ants so we needed to make sure all snacks were put away. Coffee was not good, breakfast was good but not great. Lots of stairs and no elevator. Right in town so very nice and close to everything."

They’re helpful and have great recommendations for everything you could want to do on the island. First off, the hotel was beautiful and a piece of art in itself. The room was spotless! "Great location and view (king room suite), though parking is off site on street. Pool is not heated though was never used by anyone when I was there in April. Great breakfast spread- toast and omelette fixings, yogurt and fruit. Responsive staff to requests for help. Was a slight problem with a bathroom odor they tried to fix. Overall great stay."

"Quinta Atlantis is a beautiful space that makes you feel right at home. The craftsmanship of the wood is amazing and the fireplace is awesome. A great place for solo or couple travelers in the hills of Povoacao. You’ll spend time with the dog Laika and the cat Pluto who are very friendly, but will give you space as well. Breakfast is the best you’ll get on the island. Fruit, eggs, fresh Jam, yogurt, vegetables and hummus. I will surely stay there next time I’m on Sao Miguel."
