"Staff was professional, courteous, informative,making us feel welcome, especially "Queeny" and the "Gentleman" at the front desk. Unfortunately I don't know his name but he extremely courteous as Resort was clean well kept,all in all,very comfortable and well organized. KUDOS ATRIUM RESORT!!! 10 + 10 IS MY RATING"

"The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up and down five flights of stairs and walk them every time we left. The room wasn’t very clean—the floors were dirty, and it looked like the bed hadn’t been properly cleaned from the previous guests.
The hot tub was closed, and despite staff saying it had just broken, it looked like it had been out of service for quite some time. The pool was also much smaller than expected.
The balcony constantly smelled like marijuana from other...
