"So glad I chose this hotel when attending the tennis at Wimbledon. The staff were so helpful, the young lady who checked us in could not have done more to make us comfortable and ensure we got to the tennis on time, The barman was charming along with the breakfast staff. Rooms while compact have everything you need. Thank you everyone for a perfect stay."

"Great location for visiting Richmond. Easy 10 minute walk into town either via street or down through park and along river. Hotel very elegant and nice restaurant and bar area."

"Lovely hotel , excellent spa (wish we have woken up earlier to use it for longer ) , rooms nice and romantic. The only comment our bathroom sinks clearly were blocked could have been maintained better . Other then that we definitley planning to come back x"

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful. Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."

"No lift so ask for ground floor when booking if needed. Nice, cool basement room, simple but clean and comfortable. Helpful reception (24hrs). Some updating is happening with painting etc but overall a good stay in a great location."

"Very pleased with our stay overall. The room amenities were a big plus for our stay and the location was excellent for options for public transit to a variety of locations. The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly Fernando, who went above to ensure our comfort and always had a friendly greeting for us! The room was just as advertised and more than enough space for our needs. It did feel a bit empty and there was space for a small couch or chair but that didn’t impact our stay at all....

"The Windows could’t be opened..because of safety I suppose. I’m sorry to have to tell you that the bathroom floor was a bit sticky and needs better cleaning. I chose the hotel because of good location and for easy journey to Heathrow AirPort. The staff was always helpful when I needed help."
