"I have to give my review in four parts. The spiral step from the entrance to the first floor is very inconvenient and dangerous. The room is pretty good, bathroom has very little waterflow both in the wash basin and in the shower. The balcony and the view from there is absolutely fantastic. Finally there is no fire escape, overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly."

"It's a nice villa, and I'd recommend it with a few nuances. There's plenty of space, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked well, and a nice pool. Parking is nearby if you need it. I didn't see the beach, but I really liked the small Mensa restaurant, 5-7 minutes from the house. What I didn't like: it was a bit difficult to find at night; there's construction going on all around, which creates some additional noise. If you're in the pool, you can be clearly seen from the kitchen window...
