"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "Very helpful and kind staff - made our stay wonderful! They provided a map of Nice with hot spots highlighted, and beach towels to use for free! The breakfast buffet was great and worth the cost. "It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night.
