"The hotel is gorgeous. It has many pools to choose from so at times, if it's not too busy, you can have a pool to yourself. Service is hit/miss, especially at the restaurants. The Italian restaurant has awesome food but service was terrible. For breakfast, you only have buffet as an option and at times, you had to wait 20 minutes to sit down. There were tons of tables available, but no staff. Steak House's food was not great. I highly recommend: sushi, mexican and Italian."

"Great food and excellent service. Room was good except our A/C did not work well. Staff was sent to repair and were never able to get the unit fully functional. Another couple in our group had a bathroom with a missing door. So, privacy was an issue. However, they never reported the problem. Overall, the place was lovely."
