"The rooms inside are as pictured however keep in mind that this is also an extended stay and families do live here. I felt a bit unsafe as there were a bunch of men hanging out around the property at night and upon arrival a woman digging through the ashtrays and trash can out front by main entrance .The property was honestly run down and dirty the pool water was lime green and gross. "The bathroom door didn't want to shut all the way and it ended up coming off the hinges but the air conditioner smelled funny until I took the filter out and cleaned it and then it cooled pretty well and the pool was never open though and I made sure that I made reservations at a hotel with a pool so that way who could get in the pool if we didn't want to be at the beach and that was kind of messed up that the pool was never opened but aside from that everything else was all right"

"The room was horrible to my liking. First the property upkeep was terrible. Ppl lived in the rooms they was outside lounging, the ppl had the walk way setup like it was their front porch and outside smoking marijuana. When we walked into the rooms it smelled like urine and dogs. The appliances were terrible old rusted. The walls was horrible. It wasn’t clean to my liking."
