"A wonderful view with jungle noise. Flower accents everywhere. Smiling staff and every detail in service was perfect. The breakfast brunch was lovely with many options and good hot coffee. The lunches were amazing . I was approached by the room manager and he said that my room was going to be renovated very soon. The pools were a nice temperature and the spa area was worth a look...even if you were not bookibg it. Heavy bags were carried up and down the many stairs for me. I would not recommend for those with mobility issues or easily exhausted by heat. It is built into a hillside. The gardens are amazing. Will return again. Thank you!"

She made a printed card in Balinese with visuals to explain my allergies so I could show to restaurants when going out. Lastly, the petal bath, massage and afternoon tea was delightful! Would definitely stay here again. "
