"It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things. "

"This hotel has a strategic location, my sister stayed here back in 2017 and was quite impressed by this property? however, this time we can see that the hotel has been under maintained, you can see the furniture in the room are worn out and lack of cleanliness e.g dust all over the lamp case and coffee table, yellow stained toilet seat, stained on the linen and the curtain. This hotel has lots of potential however needs lots of improvement on the Housekeeping side. I worked in the hotel myself, in my opinion the listed price isn't match the condition of the room. The few things that saved this hotel from my 1 star review are the breakfast (lots of variety and good taste), the pillow (firm and comfy) and the attentive staff. You also need to pay attention on the sofa, due to the material of the sofa and probably lack of air circulation it might invested with either bugs or mites, I got itch when I sit on the sofa and when I reported to the Front Office they stated they will do treatment however when the staff came I realized that the treatment is to cover the sofa with new linen not some kind of spray or hot steam. Kindly improve your maintenance and housekeeping procedure."
